Laura (Lori) Lohrman Moore

Lori is the Senior Vice President of Technology Engineering at Global Credit Union, where she leads the delivery of enterprise-grade technologies and strategic initiatives that empower employees to provide world-class financial services to members.


Lori holds a master's degree in Systems Analysis from Miami University and a bachelor’s degree in mathematical sciences from the University of Kentucky. With 25 years of experience in emerging technology, she has held significant roles at Procter and Gamble and Hewlett Packard, contributing to the technology industry.


In addition to her professional achievements, Lori serves as a board member at Alaska Dance Theatre, and is committed to supporting the arts in the community. In her spare time, Laura can be found running on the trails or finding new ways to use robotics to avoid housework.

Jacqueline Summers
Board Member

Jacqueline Summers is the CEO of Paxaro Solutions, a business providing development workshops, program design, project management, facilitation, grant research, and grant writing services. Paxaro Solutions brings creativity and diligence to each project while delivering measurable results for startups, businesses, and nonprofit organizations.

From 2020-2025, Jacqueline served as Executive Director of Health TIE, an Alaskan healthcare innovation hub she co-founded. During her five-year tenure, she worked with over 120 healthcare businesses and innovators, securing $914,821 in grants while deploying 18 pilot projects – many involving AI - that directly address Alaskan healthcare challenges.

Jacqueline serves on the Board of the University of Alaska Anchorage’s Alaska AI Solutions Consortium and as a Commissioner on the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities. She is an active member of Alaska’s startup and innovation entrepreneurial ecosystems, where she mentors and assists other entrepreneurs, bringing over 20 years of business development and operational expertise.

Jacqueline Summers earned her master's degree in Adult Education from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2002, graduating with honors and Phi Kappa Phi recognition, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She lives in Anchorage, Alaska, plays outdoors as much as she can, and is the mother of Malin and Shay Shumaker.
